Sophie Gannon Gallery is delighted to announce that Nicholas Harding is the winner of the 2022 Wynne Prize at the Art Gallery of New South Wales with his landscape, Eora.
The Wynne Prize is awarded annually for ‘the best landscape painting of Australian scenery in oils or watercolours or for the best example of figure sculpture by Australian artists’, and is announced alongside the Archibald Prize for ‘best portrait’ and the Sulman Prize for ‘best subject painting, genre painting or mural project’.
